Punishment

I weighed this morning after "the big cheat" last nite and I was up .8. But a couple of hours later I was only up .4. I was expecting a 2 pound gain! So, if that's my whole "punishment" then I'll take it! ;) I'll have to wait and see if my weightloss is slowed for the next couple of days... I'll update again soon.
