
NOT pretty.
I have since that cruise given birth to 2 more children and added a 25 pound pad to that mattress butt. I'm tired of it and I want it gone once and for all. I don't look good. I don't feel good. I want this to change.
My goal is to lose 25 pounds by July 15.
Here's my exercise plan:
Monday - Basketball 9am to 11am
Tues - Walk dog
Wed. - Basketball 9-11am
Thur - Walk dog
Fri- Walk dog
Sat - Walk dog

I was skeptical until I talked to 4 different friends who have tried it and had great success. I know my downfalls when I diet:
1) I do better when I have a set diet, restricting me from certain things. If I am allowed to eat something "in moderation" I won't. I'll pig out. The hcg diet tells me exactly what I can eat.
2) I have to see results on the scale fast or I'll quit. Atkins always works really well. I'd drop 6 pounds in a week or 2. From my homework it seems that you can lose 1-2 pounds a DAY on the hcg diet.
Don't knock it til you try it. READ about the diet first. www.diyhcg.com is a great site.
